Our sorting machines are equipped with artificial intelligence. Thanks to a dynamic algorithm, they can to get to the core of certain fruits and identify the defects they have been programmed to detect. Not only that, they store the experience and give you an increased quality of future results.
Agriculture 4.0 also means considering the benefits of innovations like the HDiA Artificial Intelligence found in Ser.mac calibration systems. The dynamic algorithm follows the parameters selected, finds the external or internal defects, and makes it possible to obtain the desired final batch.
What does it mean? That the batch of products always has a superior and constant quality over time.
Our artificial intelligence sorting machines store internal and external defects of the fruit submitted to it. They can also define the diameter or the weight. All fundamental parameters that make a difference to your business and offer exceptional quality.
