Our sorting machines are equipped with artificial intelligence. Thanks to a dynamic algorithm, they can get to the core of certain fruits and identify the defects they have been programmed to detect. Not only that, they store the experience and give you an increased quality of future results.
Thanks to HDiA technology and mechanics, our sorting machines reach their full potential. You define the parameters you want, such as weight and shape, in order to obtain the best fruit and vegetable selection for your market reference. The dynamic algorithm follows the selected parameters, it finds the external or internal defects, and makes it possible to obtain the desired final batch.
What does it mean? That the batch of products always has a superior and constant quality over time.
The artificial intelligence of our sorting machines is able to detect quality parameters such as diameter, weight, colour, internal and external defects of the fruits subjected to it. Not only: the more fruits are processed by the A.I., the more it stores information about them, so as to improve its sorting capabilities.
